Morgan Stanley's "Digital Vault" provides an encrypted repository for clients to store and share life's most important documents, such as wills, estate plans, financial statement & Tax fillings with their financial advisors. This unified solution offers an additional layer of encryptions not offered through email, and also supports two-way sharing.

Global distribution of the digital file repository with multiple channels. Overview and analysis capability for the all repositories.

The goal is to understand the current landscape & help in-house users analyze and segregate the importance of repository counts and data. To design a Repository management portal considering reducing cognitive load. To provide a modern customer experience to various modules of the organization.

The KIID and/or KID contain essential information and key facts about the UCITS fund aimed at helping investors make informed investment decisions about whether the particular fund meets their needs.

and identify pain points.

At the beginning of a UX research and design project a Stakeholder Interview should be conducted in order to find out the followings:

  1. what are the business goals (so later we can see where the user goals and the business goals align)?

  2. Are there any existing research or design material?
